those are great information.
A woman's life and health are regulated, to a great extent by progesterone. Produced primarily by the ovaries in women and the testes in men, progesterone is an essential in the production of most of the other important hormones, including estrogen, testosterone, DHEA, testosterone and cortisol. Small amounts are also produced by the adrenal glands and in the brain.
does this mean that if I follow this diet , it could modify my body structure ?(stocking more fat in the lower body, having less broad shoulders, less body hair, bigger breasts and all , maybe a behaviour change?more emotional?)over the years , I'm only 19.

This is really great too. I didn't know the foods I eat can effect how painful a cycle can be. This is very interesting.
I haven't been eating the great lately because I have been bouncing around between a big move coming up in a couple of weeks. But in the last few months I have noticed that they are becoming more painful. It probably is my diet. Good to know.
Ps. You should sneak a link into the water section of this hub, it's an excellent spot.
Thanks for all your tips.
